Multiple geochemical sampling programs had been completed. Our task: Visualize, combine and support interpretation of the results to generate new exploration targets.
Using soil samples we established geochemical surface grids for the desired elements (Au, Ag, Cu and As).
Working with Kore’s geologists, we overlaid soil surface grids with MMI grids by element to determine areas of overlap.
Compiling these areas of overlap we defined anomalous geochemical zones which pointed to the Primary Multi-Element Anomaly and the Secondary Arsenic Soil Geochemistry Anomaly. The result: Definition of 2018 exploration targets.
Drilling targets were defined in the mineralized zone through interpretation from IP geophysics, soil geochemistry and historic drilling.
